Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using BuddyVox ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

BuddyIT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of computers specified by your license tier:

• Personal: 1 computer
• Plus: 3 computers
• Team: 10 computers

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license key with others

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. BuddyIT retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates

Your license includes free updates within the same major version (v1.x). Major version upgrades (v2.0, etc.) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

6. Support

We provide email support for licensed users. Response times may vary. We do not guarantee resolution of all issues.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BUDDYIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUDDYIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
